june 2013 poster colourOn 20th June 2013, the choir performed songs for a summer's evening at St Vedast Foster Lane near St Paul's Cathedral under the baton of Musical Director, Esther Jones. The programme featured Britten’s much-loved Five Flower Songs, commemorating the centenary of the composer’s birth, alongside other choral classics such as Pearsall’s Lay a garland, Stanford’s The Blue Bird and Sullivan’s The Long Day Closes.


Suffolk Tour
On Saturday 8th June 2013, the choir performed an evening concert of Summer Songs at St Mary's Raydon. This was followed on Sunday 9th June with an open-air rendition of madrigals, partsongs and folksongs at The Old Rectory in Earl Soham.

Guildford Cathedral
The choir sang a full day's residency at Guildford Cathedral on Sunday 4th August 2013

april 2013 poster colour smallOn 19th April 2013, the Esterhazy Singers joined forces with Le Choeur de Chambre de Versailles at St Andrew's Holborn in a choral Tour de France, featuring music from French composers from the eighteenth to twentieth centuries. 

The programme featured music by Charpentier, Franck, Gounod, Poulenc and Duruflé, and the two choirs performed alongside outstanding young soloists Robyn Donnelly (soprano), Katie Coventry (mezzo), Richard Bignall (tenor) and David Ireland (bass), as well as internationally-renowned organist Daniel Moult. The music was directed by Esther Jones and Arlina Roux-Majollari. 


Come and Sing:
On 22nd January 2013, The Esterhazy Singers invited guests to "Come and Sing" extracts from Haydn's Nelson Mass at St Magnus the Marytr, London Bridge
