Handel: what was he thinking of? – a virtual exploration of Messiah Part I
Andrea Brown, Jan Rautio and the Esterhazy Singers hosted a virtual celebratory look at this much-loved seasonal work. An opportunity to learn about the historical and musical context and participate in singing well-known choruses. Following our sing-though we shared a virtual drink and test our Handel and Messiah knowledge in a light-hearted quiz. We invited guests to wear their concert dress (at least from the waist up!) pour a glass of wine and get into the spirit of the season!
