On 19th April 2013, the Esterhazy Singers joined forces with Le Choeur de Chambre de Versailles at St Andrew’s Holborn in a choral Tour de France, featuring music from French composers from the eighteenth to twentieth centuries.
The programme featured music by Charpentier, Franck, Gounod, Poulenc and Duruflé, and the two choirs performed alongside outstanding young soloists Robyn Donnelly (soprano), Katie Coventry (mezzo), Richard Bignall (tenor) and David Ireland (bass), as well as internationally-renowned organist Daniel Moult. The music was directed by Esther Jones and Arlina Roux-Majollari.
